Mandeep Chana is an award-winning technology executive and a winner of CIO.com's Next CIO UK 2026 award. Across more than 25 years he has worked as an engineer, an IT and product leader, and in CIO-level roles spanning fintech, global media, satellite communications, enterprise software and Web3.
He has led M&A technology due diligence, and built and separated companies from the ground up, delivering three full technology carve-outs with no playbook to follow. He has also built and run engineering and product teams, shipped commercial SaaS that customers paid for, and led AI transformation at the executive level.
His roles have carried multi-million-dollar budgets, and his focus has always been to make them work harder: leaner technology stacks, operating models built to scale, and follow-the-sun support that keeps teams moving around the clock. He measures technology the way a board does, through spend, return and outcomes you can track.
His conviction is simple: experienced leaders should set the direction and stay to run it.
